Apostleship of the Sea

Leaving a gift to Apostleship of the Sea in a Will is a simple way to help us continue our work in providing practical and spiritual support to seafarers. Apostleship of the Sea is the official Catholic maritime charity, working in more than 250 ports worldwide. In Britain AoS provides 14 chaplains and 120 volunteer ship visitors, who cover 56 ports.  Last year, we carried out nearly 10,000 visits to ships, organised over 160 Masses on board ships, and provided over 2,500 faith resources. We also provide a growing number of cruise chaplains to P & O, especially at Easter and Christmas. There are thousands of seafarers that we support each year – one in ten are funded through legacy gifts. By leaving a gift in your Will, you can help us go even further in the future, and ensure that seafarers receive our support when they most need us.
