Aid to the Church in Need

Aid to the Church in Need is a Pontifical Foundation of the Catholic Church, supporting Christians who are persecuted, oppressed or in pastoral need in over 130 countries worldwide. Today, in countries where religious freedom is not respected, Christians are experiencing discrimination, social and legal injustices, forced conversion, physical abuse, torture and even death. We support over 5,000 pastoral projects each year, helping seminarians, Sisters and priests in their mission to the poor. We build churches and chapels, provide essential transport and emergency aid and support faith initiatives. By remembering Aid to the Church in Need in your Will, you will be helping to give a voice to persecuted Christians, offering comfort ‘wherever God weeps’ and helping to keep the light of Christ burning for future generations. In thanks for your compassionate gift, a proportion of your legacy will be used for Masses for the repose of your soul.
